Has anyone here resigned from a CC / other small business?
I would like to resign from an business I used to run with another person.
I am struggling to get any communication with this person lately so would like to cut ties.
The business doesn't owe any money, and has negligible assets.
I am just worried that after I resign, how can I make sure that all the tax etc
is submitted for the period that I was a member?
I assume I would also have to go visit FNB and let them know I am no longer a member for the business accounts, would I need the other member to go with me?
