Resize Pictures using vista

How do you do this? I got some piccies I wanna resize but windows powertoys don't work on vista

If you have Office (03 or 07) you can just use their picture manager, resizes very easily, seeing as its about its only feature

imagemagick is Linux only, and free, nice to resize, convert formats of a whole batch of photos.

I use photofiltre. Also free, 1.6Mb to download and pretty powerfull for such a small app.

ImageMagick also works on Windows.

The easiest to way to resize a image with Vista is to cut it along its borders with a Vista CD, until it's the right size
