Resize your Drifta Video Window to high res

Any news on this? I am getting my drifta tomorrow. Should I keep the installed firmware or update it?
 
Keep original firmware and use patch. Only other option is to use zoomer software or drop resolution of your screen which will have an auto-zooming effect.
 
hi im new here. just wanted to ask advice with the decoder.exe file. im running vista and apparently the patch dont work. i have installed v1.1 as well as v1.3.1 but once installed i get message decoder not found. am i doing something wrong? i would appreciate it if someone can help me to get the drifta to play fullscreen on my laptop which are running on vista.

It sucks! No big screen yet! And the drifta makes sure to upgrade the software automatically!

Also can't get it on my Sensation as yet!
 
If you are using Windows 7, make sure you are using an Aero desktop, and then go to Control Panel -> Ease of Access -> Magnifier glass. If you are not using an Aero desktop theme, you'll just get the old XP type top-of-screen magnifier.
If you are using Aero, you get a straight forward zoom in and out of the whole screen.

I find QZoom, causes over/under scanning issues, making motion jagged. This does not, and so is a lot smoother.

You can create an "Ease of Use" desktop shortcut too. I have mine next to my decoder shortcut.
You can change the level of zoom in the settings, and when you have it right it remembers the settings.
I find zooming into the smaller Decoder window looks better than zooming in to the bigger one.

Any patch for new version ? I'm using magnifier tool with win 7 but the picture looks cr@p
 
Anyone know where i can get the link for the *.exe file that resizes the window? The links I have followed are all dead, any help would be appreciated.

M$ made sure those links are dead - use the zoomer options dicussed above, they work just as well.

Just thought it may be hidden somewhere I haven't looked yet. Zoomer it is then.
