[RESOLVED] Reducing monthly usage limit on casualchat package

So finally the mytools portal is working. Yippi yaddi yey.

Logged in to my contract account, and was horrified to find that I've got a maximum usage limit of R15000.00 :eek:

At first I was flattered, but there is no way that I will be running up such a monstrous bill, let alone being able to pay it without going bankrupt.

Is there any way I can get CellC to reduce this ridiculous amount to something more manageable, say R250 or R500?

Can the CellC rep let me know whether it is possible to reduce this amount or not?

Have you tried calling the customer care helpline on (084) 140?

My bill once went to R5000 and that time my mother was paying for the contract, she was furious to the core
 
Issue is now resolved. Max amount it can go is R250.

Kudos to the CellC rep for fixing this.
