Bullrun in Sandton near the JSE
Turn n tender at Nicol way shopping centre in Bryanston
Pigalle in Sandton or Melrose Arch
 
Black Horse Brewery and restaurant out in the Magaliesburg. Not sure if you'll still get a booking. Lovely place. Food is average.
