results for adsl speed test

Unfortunately those tests - based on the ideal results it indicates - appear to be for users from the U.K and the results are therefore misleading.
 
if you look properly you will see they are not only for the uk but are tested all around the world and should be much lower
 
Yep, I saw that - and it does provide a good reference. But they claim that we should be getting pings of 30ms to European servers. That's just not possible from South Africa. I can only assume they're speaking to someone in the U.K.
