Resuming downloads possible?

Have a couple of partially downloaded mp3 files. Anyone know whether it is possible to resume a download after the "download failed"? Maybe there's an app for this I don't know of...

No. You have to download it again.

Not easily for the existing files, but in the future use a download manager. e.g. Flashget which does resume if the server supports it (most do). It can also grab from multiple sources.

Opera can do that, but obviously it doesn't work for rapidshare and the like.

Edit:

Oops didn't realize this was the blackberry section. I don't know if this extends to Opera's mini offering.

I did come across an application - I am bust testing the application and will give feed back on it - just took some time searching and you also get one for Nokia

You can pause and resume downloads with Opera Mini. It kinda sucks that there's no way of going back into the downloads screen once you've gone back to browsing, unless you download something else.

Go to bookmarks. Menu. Choose add bookmark. Enter a name and in the address field delete http and replace it with 'about:downloads' no inverted commas. Save.
