Retired laser printer cartridges

I've just exchanged the black one on an LJ2600; before I bin it, is there any use for it - are there people or businesses who have an interest in these things? The refurb cartridge market comes to mind but I don't know anyone in that biz, anyone got any input ...please?

My previous company used to sell all our empty laser printer and copier toner cartridges to a company who refills them ( sorry , dont know the name )

We only bought originals, but the selling of the empties made the price close to buying re-fils

Price did depend on how popular that cartridge was, and wasnt sky high, but it all added up over time
