Retrenched After 1 week - No process followed

What was the the reason for the retrenchment.

There was no retrenchment notice. There was an sms no need to come back. We bankrump.

What you don't realise is that you do not get your contract of employment till your first day working either. I have an offer to employ, but in SA labour law , you do not need a contract of employment.
