Retrieving email on the JasJam

when retrieving email on the JasJam, it says that it is downloading headers only, but when i log in with my laptop some of the emails which had their headers supposedly "looked at" are no longer on the mail server. Anyone know where the "leave a copy of messages on server" setting is in WM5?

the device is supposed to get a copy of the mail only. which service provider are you using for your e-mail? your SP should be able to flick a switch to help you.

Are you using a pop mail service or are you using the exchange server feature ?

your mail service provider should be able to rectify this issue on their side.
unless your device has mutated it shouldnt pull mail off the server.
