Retrieving MTN Voicemails - HELP!

Yes, I have logged a call.....but no help yet! Can not retrieve my voicemail's, dial 100, says I have no voicemail's to retrieve......but people are leaving voicemails and sms's are coming through to notify me that I have so many voicemail's to listen to, and dial 100 to listen to them but then says I have none........HELP.....so frustrating......any help on getting this to work would be wonderful.

Do you have voicemail lite ? as that will only send you an sms with the number of the person who called you and no voice message.
