We get the 1.5L PET Coke bottle here in Paarl, today for the first time I saw and bought a 1.5L PET Stoney.
Yes, R14 incl deposit of R3.
Depends on the distribution network and proximity to the DC I guess. To make it sustainable they need to get the bottles back from retail stores one way or the other cheaply and sustainably.

In Stilbaai you get the returnable 1.5L glass Coke bottle.

So after investigation I can say there are no such bottles in the north of JHB...
