Hi, I hope someone can help,
I've done a fair bit of research on this under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, but haven't found an answer to one question,
If the graphics card is defective, artifacts appearing in games, colours go haywire occasionally, 3D models warping and stretching, all-round graphically glitchyness. In a few different games from different publishers etc. Does the supplier have to prove it's faulty before replacing it/refunding it for me? I bought the card about two months ago, and the supplier now wants me to bring in my whole system, to test the card, then keep the card for a week to test it further and only then decide whether or not it is faulty. What happens if they cannot replicate the problem i am having? Am i then stuck with a card that doesn't work 100%?
I've done everything i can think of/find from a software perspective already. I'm almost certain it is the card itself. Any thoughts or assistance would be great?
