Anyone know what the process is when you return the "free" router when cancelling your WebAfrica LTE?

I e-mailed and phoned them, no answer on e-mail, and unclear answer on telephone.

Seems that it will not be a easy task, hence it will be easier to pay for it at the end of the day?

Cancel, and when they demand money for the router, tell them they can fetch it.

I've also decided to cancel after 3 months. The service went from adequate to downright abysmal over the three months.

I specifically asked for a Sim only deal because I already had a modem. They sent a modem any way.

I've yet to see whether they will charge for the modem.

Cancelled my fiber with them a couple of month ago, guy on the phone also said they'll be in touch to organize the collection of the "free" router.

End of the month they just added the cost of the router to the final bill.

Wasn't a big issue for me as such as i can always use an extra router, so i just went with it.

I also cancelled and when I asked to return the router the ticket just got closed and they add the R2600 to my account. Since I did usually pay via eft the balance was showing as owing.

After 2 months got an email saying they are going to hand the account over to debt collectors if I did not pay. Obviously refused abd 3 weeks later after continuous emails from my side they arranged for couer to collect. They collect it and 3 weeks later credited the account.
