Hi, All
In January I Purchased A 55" JVC UHD Television..Only To Learn About HDR, HDCP 2, etc.. Now My Question Is How Do I Go About Getting A Refund, I've Checked The Set, Does Actually Support 3480*2160p at 28hz On A Custom Resolution Set Through My 2013 Laptop (The TV Rounds It Of To 30Hz) I Need Grounds On Which To Return The Television, Will That Be Enough.. (28hz) I'm Will To Try Out A Netflix Account And Pray To GOD The 4K Don't Work. ..

Punctuation was invented to make things easier to read, and therefore more likely to be read.

Was your left pinky sore from pressing the shift on your keyboard after typing this?

Well, they advertise UHD ... you get UHD - albeit not the refresh you want, but you get it. I think 4 months down the line is a little later.

Anyway - a real HDR TV is pretty pricey. Rather sit back, enjoy the TV you have and upgrade in 18 months

Do your research before making large purchases.

Unless you were deliberately misled on the specs of the TV by the store or sales staff I don't see what grounds you have to return it.

Yeah I’m sure many are getting burnt with all these “UHD” TVs, especially with the hdcp2.2 requirement for real 4K HDR

I would too.

It doesn't mean you can't enjoy them.

It's a very decent stop gap, actually

Nothing can be done, you only get 7 days to return an item if you just don't want it.
