The draft of a new constitution was passed in principle at the meeting, with seven members voting for it, two opposing and one abstaining. Members will now bring thoughts, suggestions and concerns to the table in April, which may result in changes to the draft.

ECB gets a bit less
CA gets a bit less
the others stay about the same
AFG and IRE get money


the only board that has a problem wiht this is the BCCI.
but they have enough muscle to actually pull out of the ICC, and turn the theoretical 2.5 Billion into about 1.2 Billion
