iS it Possible to like make a setup.exe or setup.msi from aleardy installed programs like from program fliles?

No, but the msi is sometimes stored on the HDD to allow repairs...forgot where....you'll have to search for it.
It's kept in the C:\Windows\Installer directory.
Btw. You *can* create your own setup./exe/msi but the problem is yours is going to be completely different (because you made it) and you'll have to manually check where all the files were copied and which registry entries were made after which you have to recreate that. Major Mission btw.
