Reyee rg-ew3200gx router problem

Hi,
I have 2 Reyee rg-ew3200gx routers setup, second one is setup as an ap point. Setup is giving me full speeds off my 500 my fibre.
My problem is that randomly my phones and tablet (all samsung) suddenly has wifi strength loss, I change my phone from random Mac address to phone mac address and all is fine again until next time, I then change my phone from Mac address to random address and it works again. This is happening with 2 samsung phones and samsung tablet. Is there some setting I am missing somewhere?

tried updating the routers? is this a wireless connection? how far is the 2nd router sitting?

Ethernet connection between router and ap. Software updated on both units

Binary isnt typically random, and maybe its something simple like you have DHCP enabled on both?

Ran a diagnostics and there is no dhcp errors, dhcp only showing on primary router

I'd log-in don't rely on the software bit, I had this same problem before on another router. Just can't remember for the life of me what I did

Try using manual WiFi channels.

Could be that the 2 routers are using 2 different wifi channels causing the roaming to malfunction. When you change your MAC it basically just reconnects

Do you have them setup in master slave controller mode?
