Rf -Modulators

I have connected RF Modulator (from Zakspeed) from DVD Recorder/Player to TV and with splitter to second TV- the colours and hue of the TV's are very dark. Any suggestions what I can change?

strange - sounds like a tuning issue.

Thanks, but I have tuned in all the channels again,no success
