RGB LED Strip controller

I bought the Sonoff L1 (https://bit.ly/3wq5jwF) below :



and want to rather get this from GeeWiz (https://bit.ly/3gk3yvu).

Can I use the same LED strip ?
Are they the same voltages etc ?
Any other issues with swapping?

Unfortunately I don't know, haven't done any rgbw controllers yet.

Looks like the SONOFF uses 5050 type led strip, cant see what the other controller uses
