Rica requirements

Hey guys

Could someone perhaps weigh in on the following scenario?

I have 2x 4g rain services that my parents use.
My sister whom is currently studying is within 5G coverage however has no proof of address for that location. I'd like to order the service for her for that address but Rica requirements state I need to present an ID and POA. Can it be my current details even though it's getting delivered to a different place?
