Richard Branson getting ready to go into space

Virgin Boss Richard Branson said he is going to astronaut training in preparation for his first space trip in the Virgin Galactic SpaceShipTwo vehicle.

Speaking to BBC’s Radio 4 You and Yours programme, Branson said the first space trip is months away – and that he is excited about what is to follow.

Ah, I see he was 77 when he went. Branson is only 67.

but still he was given a free ride on that gigantic white elephant,

Branson actually paid his way, and plans to commercialize sub orbital flights,

Glenn was a Guinea pig, to see how the same person can survive space at 2 different points in their lives.

also the fact he was a senator at the time, helped grease some palms.
