Riddle me this.... (webhosting . dsl bandwidth)

Lets say i:
1) Host numerous websites and web based applications on Afrihost.
2) Use Afrihost DSL bandwidth to access these sites.

I pay twice for the same data correct?
1st for the website bandwidth that I have used.
2nd for the dsl bandwidth I have used.

Seems pretty suck since the servers are probably in the same room.

Yeah they probably are. Thing is they probably have two separate support / billing systems, not worth their time to change how things are done!

And you need to remember that Afrihost pays a portion to Telkom for the LLU...... so there is no way it can be "free".

I would like to see an implementation that says if you are hitting their IP range from Afrihost ADSL bandwidth it won't count against the Website owners bandwidth.
They already check smtp against IP range.
If they need a developer to get it done I will sort one out for them.
