Spacious duplex garden flat situated in (Neighbourhood redacted). Looking for professional person or couple who has sober habits. No garden however there is a small outside to inhale some fresh air. No pets permitted. Water included in rental price

WTF:wtf:

besides maybe highlighting some bad grammar, what's the point of this thread?

Yeah...

Ridiculous would be like trying to sell a house in Hillcrest and stating one of its defining features is distant Sea Views (for all the non-Durban ppl, Hillcrest is a good 30kms from the sea in Durban)

No one pick up that the garden flat has no garden?

You need to understand Estate Agent Speak.
Perfect for Student - Renovated garage with the garage door still fitted.
Bachelor Flat - Renovated garage with the garage door replaced with a wall
Granny/Garden flat - see Bachelor Flat, but with a section of paving or ground outside that the owner can't use.
Fixer-upper - Had tenants in that ran a tik lab that blew a hole in the roof.
Quant - any of the above, but so small the toilet has a showerhead fitted over it..

And - yes. I can joke about Estate Agents - I'm married to one. They can find a photo angle that would make a fat facebook selfie feel inadequate.
