Ridiculous Pricing

I have about a 6 or 7 usernames at TelkomDSL. I don't make phone calls, I don't even have a phone connected to the line (hence, no charge for phone calls.) My bill for last month was R2 325.32 for a crappy DSL384 connection that I had a combined cap of max 21GB on.

What's wrong with these people, do they want to keep this country in the third world?!
