Ridiculous support desk

Yeah these call centres are sometimes a real joke. I was having issues in the beginning of the week with my Nedbank treasury dongle as it was showing certificate invalid, i tried deleting it and reloading it and it didn't work. Spoke to the person and she told me to press a command on my desktop which didn't do anything, she was now lost because she obviously was following a script. She eventually just said 'we are having issues with Nedtreasury phone back later'
