I am looking to use rightfax with ADSL. Is this possible? Any other possible solutions. I am only interested in incoming and outgoing!

should have read "rightfax".

isn't rightfax using normal phone line, connected to a modem in your pc?

if so, you should be able to use it just fine

A proper ADSL installation (with a filter) leaves your conventional phone line intact, and you'd just continue to use the phone line as you always used to.
