Just learnt that he passed away after a robbery yesterday in a restaurant. He was shot in the stomach. Just so senseless. Good fighter and a good man.
 
Read he was shot in the stomach yesterday but it sounded like it was not life threatening.

Shocking if he has passed.
 
Wrong place, wrong time. Story of most crime victims in South Africa.

Disgusting the levels of violent crimes in this country.
 
Rest in peace, sire. Condolences to his family and friends. Another senseless murder South Africa is known for. When will government start making a difference? :(

According to his wife he dove in front of his daughter to save her life. He may have done great things in life, but his last was his greatest. RIP
 
Corrie Sanders was celebrating his nephews 21st birthday party at a restaurant. How "wrong place at the wrong time" can that possibly be? 42 South Africans are murdered every day. That's almost 2 per hour, every hour of the day and every day of the year, but they're all simply brushed off with a "wrong place at the wrong time" comment. So long "Sniper". That you had to suffer 8hours of pain, before you died, is gut wrenching. Few men would have withstood and fought that long, in life, or death, as you did. That you had to become yet another statistic of violent crime and genocide in this Country, is shocking and horrific. i feel for your family and for their tragic and senseless loss of a great fighter, a great father, a great husband, a great son, a great uncle, a great cousin, a great friend, a great gentleman, a great aponent, a great sportsman, a great ambassador, a great hero and a champion amongst champions.
