Anyone in crypto has... This is where I made my first money off crypto and to be honest it was only due to the hype I got out at around 40 buying in at around 5 rand.
Any crypto is honestly a gamble the reality is you don't understand xrp if you asking to buy and hold etc. It's meant to possibly replace swift payment so it can in theory not be too expensive as it would defy its very purpose.
Please rather stay away from crypto. anyone who is honest in this space would tell you it could go either way.
And please stay away from anything crypto related that looks like mlm or scam it's likely a scam....google bitconnect...

Sorry to hear that but honestly rather leave crypto alone. There is money to be made but it's insanely high risk anyone who tells you otherwise is lying.

The currency itself didn’t scam you, who you bought it from did.
Buy from reliable exchanges yourself and don’t hand your money over to other people to manage for you in any crypto investment.
I said scammed by BTC Global, I did NOT say scammed by the currency itself!!!!!!

You made it sound like you were staying away from crypto due to being scammed.
If you’ve only now heard about Ripple/XRP then one has to wonder how much interest you’ve really had in this game.

Did you buy it back then? sitting close to R30 now, so hell yes would have been a good decision.
Didn't buy enough. Well, didn't see the price rising this quickly from 3 months ago, and also sold a few. But happy to see the few I have get some cash.
If it starts dropping I will sell and hope to see it drop further and then buy low.

XRP is on an absolute tear right now. Not a good time to buy unless you think it's going to the moon.
If it comes back down anywhere near where it started, it's a good deal with lots of upside potential.
As governments and lending institutions start shuffling their businesses towards crypto trading, different countries will choose a crypto currency which aligns with their vision to base their future trade on.
If XRP ticks all the boxes for future large-scale incorporation, XRP could go much higher, but this is a longer-term plan.
If it comes back down anywhere near where it started, it's a good deal with lots of upside potential.

Managed to get some at R2 but now don't know what to do with it. It looks like we've hit a bottom and it can just go up in the near term but I don't know to where. The $2 predictions for the year seem believable and I'm comfortable selling there but the $4 ones for 2025 I think is wishful thinking and I don't see myself waiting 3 years for nothing.
