I have a GPU on a riser, and though it's working fine, I don't have access to configure any option on it through, e.g. Afterburner. Ideally I would like to adjust the power a bit to try and bring it down. The on-board cards are fine I can adjust.

Where can I start looking for a solution. I'm going to downgrade the drivers for this particular card now to a more recommended version to see, but I don't think it is going to make a difference.

GPU-Z also not picking up certain metrics e.g. temperature.

Any suggestions? BIOS?

Motherboard BIOS is fully updated.

What do you mean by it is working fine? Can you at least see the card in device manager?

I can see the card in Device Manager, and it's working 100%, but I'm unable to actually modify settings on it, as if it is greyed out for it.

Same goes for GPU-Z... only some of the sensors are picking up:

Like I said, not the end of the world, but it would be nice to be able to see if I can get it a little more efficient.

Open after burner settings and enable the volting option

Amd card?

Don't think you can edit voltage on amd via afterburner, you will need to flash bios ie edit the bios and then then flash.

Yes you can but there's sometimes additional hoops. I don't suspect that to be the problem though if you can adjust the other cards. Some OC versions are voltage locked but if it's the same card as the others it's probably a motherboard limitation and you might have to plug it in directly to edit.

Managed to flash the BIOS to 90% power, and het the mem and core up a slight bit, so not the end of the world if I can't get it 100% working. Currently giving me 29 MH/s, but will likely take it doen a notch still to get the power down some more.
