RMB private banker useless

I have a problem on my RMB business account. I tried to resolve it with Business help desk, but had no success. So I ask my private banker to assist, but she is absolutely useless. In the last 20 emails I sent her, she only responded once.

How would I go about to report her?

I did do a hallo Peter complaint, but I only received a cut and past PR response and nothing else.

Be a Karen. Phone RMB and speak to her manager and ask for another private banker to be assigned to you. I did it with my ex banker when she stopped responding to my mails.
 
I had a private banker at FNB who was extremely good at telling me anything I tried to apply for was declined and wanted 999999 documents, hoops and clearances as I'm a business owner. I moved to another bank that actually wanted my business :)

Same experience. First banker was amazing, but the after she left FNB, 3 different bankers couldn't be bothered, I decided to call it quits. After 15 years, happily FNB free for almost a year now.
 
Any banker from Absa to fnb, to rmb to investec is a postbox

They dont and understand every single division

Its give a question, contact the correct desk and wait for an answer

I havent met a private banker that doesnt suck.

Wait.... if you do internet banking via Std then the robot AI banker is fantastic.

But the minute it involves a human, then not good.

I hated FNB soo much between me and a friend that we both now back at std. Robots are easier.

You mean the FNB Private Banker that you share with 20 Million people?:ROFL:

Just move to Investec if you want a true private experience in SA. Have no experience with other banks private offers. Doubt it is amazing either.
