This is not the first time something like this happened on Hans Strydom. That other dude that shot the Biker happened on the same stretch of road...
 
Paramedics will tend to people with medical aid. It's not a race thing, it's a money thing.

I don't think this is the whole story, but if you're going to lose your temper on the road, carry a blow up hammer instead of an axe.

So glad I don't work that side of the world no more. Used to travel that stretch of road daily past the Lion park on my way to Randburg. That was before the Cosmos city suburb they added. Must be 100x worse now.

Agreed, hate that area. Try to avoid it as there is always heavy traffic and people are generally quite angry there for some reason

i know i know, i am just musing how our perspectives on things can sometimes be se skewed. i think the guy also did something to seriously piss the driver off, coz i often have fantasies myself of getting out my car and chasing them with a tyre iron - then i remember i have a kid and a car that can't do more than 60 :D

You NEVER let it get to you, its that simple. Whats the point? Let the driver act like a cnut and hopefully one day he will kill himself only on the road. Its not our jobs to be the law.

anger can sometimes get the best of us tho, sometimes we need to find an outlet and in our mind's logic, we normally project this onto the most deserving person, who might happen to be an *******.

An axe? Was it really an axe because that is a weapon which I doubt can be licensed like guns. It's like moving around with a panga but what for? Are we in Rwanda now

but yeah, there was a time where nobody would mess with me. now they could probably tip me on my side and roll me downhill :(
