Roadworks - Layout

So I drove through Midrand this weekend.
Whats up with the shoddy roadworks? The lines are all crooked!!! Looks pathetic!!

There is 9 robots on Lever road now.
Carlswald 2, New Rd, San Ridge 2, Vodaworld, Opp Shell, Opp Noordwyk, Olifants... Thats less than a km of road right? So many robots is unnecessary!!!
A friend who works for the Roads board says a single robot cost 80k, was all the robots necessary?

Than add the amount of fuel used at every robot, its crazy!
