When will Vodacom be signing on roaming agreement with 8ta. It's frustrating to know at first that Vodacom and MTN does not have any cheap data options where 8Ta and cellc has their promotional data options like the 10GB from 8ta and the 5GB from cellc at low price per MB. The whole of northern cape has no roaming privelegas and everyone has to connect with expensive options for mobile internet. Vodacom or MTN has to put their money where it's going to good use.
