I have had it with the pathietic service of MTN

My CEO and CFO are both overseas, they arrived this morning.

We applied for Roaming on the 4th aug, with all relivent documention, as well as a confermation on the 23. The phones are still not working.

Roll on Conusmer Protection act becuse we are going to be in the front line.

Can someone from MTN please PM me. ASAP. as 808 dont pick up and the branches are pathetic.

this is now disatrise becse No one can get hold of our CEO, he is using a call box at the train station.
