I have a client who does quite alot of travelling. At the moment he is using a Nokia N70 on CellC while he is travelling. The bluetooth connection from his laptop to the Nokia is giving him endless problems, and while he is away hes not always sure if its the bluetooth or the phone giving him problems. So i want to suggest a datacard to him. Now he is doing alot of travelling to Australia, the UK and various countries in Africa. Between MTN , Vodacom and CellC who has the best 3g/gprs roaming agreements in Africa? That would be the decider on which datacard to go for.

Hi rellik

I've got good and bad news on your query. Starting with the bad... Cell C does not currently offer GPRS international roaming. Thus even though we have roaming agreements with over 333 operators in 152 countries these agreements are only for voice and SMS services.

Now for the good news... We are currently signing GPRS roaming agreements and should have the service available soon.

Cheers
