Roast Lamb!

Burp! ZzzzzZzzzzZzzzzz.....


Edit: Oh wait... I didn't tell you the rest...


It was actually two legs of lamb. I sliced it with the electric knife and then we smothered it in gravy. Rice on the side. Roast sliced potatoes as crackly and crispy as chips. Pan fried veggies (beans and onions), corn sliced off the cob. Sweet Potato Bake with crisp crumbs on top. Hmmmm. Was delish! :D

What???? no mint sauce?????? It's illegal to have roast lamb without fresh mint sauce!!!

Come Sunday it will be my turn. Turkey done on the spit with all the fixings. :)

Tonight its just a thick cut, matured rump with a side of home-made fries. :o

I also had roast leg of lamb yesterday!!!!
