Why not make sure the kids were out of harms way? If they knew it was gonna start at the school, why not have a fire drill for the kids, or have them in the school hall?

I remember having to do hectic drills in primary school when the terrorists were doing their thing against women and children. Only difference now it seems is that instead of being political, their motives are of a stuff-my-pockets-as-full-as-can-be nature (basically amounted to the same thing anyway).

Hi I think that this was a member of the Hawks specialized tactical operations management section as the camo that he is wearing is not that of the STF, as for the phone it is very possible due to the need for secure uninterruptible communication.
