You are testing to a network that announce their prefixes in JHB because they are an ISP here which means that the traffic will go over Vox's network to the EU.
That said there is some issues with Cogent and Liquid Telecoms transit from JHB to Marseille via the East Coast.

Good Day @midasza, you are correct. We confirmed 2x breaks on Seacom yesterday evening.
This would have affected customers international connectivity - however it was later stabilized following some repairs. Please check again and if you are still experiencing issues please to contact our client excellence team to investigate further.
