I would like to review my options when it comes to my email branding. I know there are some online overseas companies, but I can't seem to find any of them.

Can anyone recommend any rocketseed alternative companies?

Are there no "out of the box" (set price) online apps for this?

A little more schlep than an out of the box product, but there's a powershell script executed through group policy for users that updates branding when you update the text or graphics.

Obviously the prerequisite is active Directory for Group policies, Powershell compatible systems (only requires v2) and outlook.

If you have a distributed site, then you can use DRS to replicate a directory and make it available locally to each site. I would recommend this route even if you don't have distributed sites because you can name the file share in DNS, like branding.localcompany.co.za.
Nice thin is you can even make sub directories for departments etc.
All it requires is a little powershell knowledge and a proficient active directory admin to implement correctly.

The downside is, if your user(s) don't run the logon script for any reason, there's no server to intercept the email and brand it accordingly.
However, if the script has run at least once, the disclaimers will be there, just not any updated banners or wording, which is usually good enough until you can get them logging onto and running the script anyway.

You also won't know how many clients you have hit.

I've heard there's a way through system centre as well, but i've not seen it or used it.
