ROE for IRC meeting with WBS

I'll organize an experienced IRC ops to chair the meeting.
This OPS will have no interest whatso ever in the business/tecnical details of the meeting but will moderate abusive language etc etc.
This OPS will log the meeting and mail it to all interested parties.
Any1 getting out of line will be banned kicked destroyed DOS etc
Suggested server : lagnet
Channel : created once off for the occasion.
If its really constructive we can arrange the face to face meeting with WBS with the selected peeps.
