roflmao..2 tera byte's

i have this harddrive from a client.its a sixty gig which i need to get the data of the drive.Ok so i plug it in via usb and it shows 2 terabytes . and unformatted and not initialized .So i try the hirens boot cd tools and i getting errors while trying to format or create space.

Is there a way to to fix this or is it that time already
