If you have a 70 rogue and haven't been doing Mechanar chest stealth runs, you're shorting yourself out of alot of cash :)

After each chest you release your spirit and reset mechanar, rinse and repeat :)
You can only do 5 per hour due to a reset limit

Ive gotten 4 blue gems and 3 blue BoE's in about 30-40 runs.

Depending on which one of the three chests spawn a run can take less than 5 mins.U can only do 5 runs per hour tho which is fine coz u can farm mana motes in the time it takes to reset :D.

U get 5-7g , 1 green item, "green" gem(50%) and a pot or 2 from every chest and the odd blue gem/BoE so this is a good way to make money.

I DE many of the greens and sell the matts(Mostly arcane dust).

If u want to do this buy yourself some dark leather gloves(+ lockpick skill), I also bought the + strealth boots coz I am combat spec so I dont have any of the ninja abilities.

Nps mate :) didn't know bout those gloves, will invest in a pair asap! the Failed Attempt's do my head in :P

so far i've gotten about 20 blue gems, 10 blues, and a ton of greens (DE'd also)
should watch out for the resistance gear tho, alot of it can be sold to raiders for certain encounters for a fair few gold :)
 
A friend of mine actually farmed about 2k gold towards his epic mount by doing this. He would bring all the greens to me to de while he sold the blues on AH.
 
Apparently they nerfed it on today's patch, I'll have a look later and report back.

I hinestly don't think this is an exploit, were simply using our class skillz. What's your opinion?

Still need to farm HK's for "Honor"

Rumour has it that in 2.2 you can be reported and booted from BG if you not co-opperating and just farming :eek:

Not that I don't try and win, Farming has it's advantages :D
 
Honour leeching is lame, no two ways about it. Cant wait for the next patch.

Well the one thing i cant complain about with a 6.5 hours Av is the 3k honour that went with it. Pitty it wasnt double honour AV weekend.
 
Lightbringer has had sum insanely long BG's back pre-tbc...

I was once in a 2hr 10-19 wsg... i was like the only character to stay that full duration

Then there was the 3-4hr AVs... and i didnt know how to leave bgs at that time :P
