Three more members of what is believed to be Johannesburg's Rolex Gang were arrested in a breakthrough on Wednesday night and stolen goods to the value of R2.5-million were recovered............

No suprise but I'm hoping the the judge won't grant bail.

Erm, joke of an article heading? The last little paragraph: "Moments after Klopper gave his ruling, the three were surrounded by six heavily-armed police officers and rearrested on another charge. The officers would not say what the charge was."

They're not just gunna walk away with this kind of profile. This is a silly technicality (although very stupid of the police to miss the deadline) that won't stop them going to court.
