The Dubai Police force has added a Mansory-tuned Rolls-Royce Cullinan to its fleet

Dubai Police don’t really do diesel Skodas. Turns out they prefer 602bhp super SUVs

We’ll assume you’re au fait with Dubai Police’s fleet of vehicles by now. Rather than a bulk order of diesel Skodas or BMW estates, the force’s previous patrol cars have included a Ferrari FF, BMW i8, Lamborghini Aventador, Aston Martin One-77 and even a Bugatti Veyron.

Sensibly, its latest addition is a little more practical. Well, it is in the sense that you can actually get crims into the back of it, but they will be having a lovely time back there because this is a Rolls-Royce Cullinan panda car.

And not just any Cullinan - this one is wearing a Mansory widebody kit with some of the German tuner’s trademark chopped carbon left on display on the bumpers. Sounds like the 6.75-litre twin-turbo V12 has been lightly breathed-on too, because it’s now making 602bhp.

The new addition to the fleet was unveiled by Brigadier Khalfan Obaid Al Jallaf, director of the Tourist Police Department at Dubai Police, at the rather aptly initialised Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025. Oh, and it’s actually the second Mansory SUV deployed by Dubai Police, with the other being a 710bhp Merc-AMG G63.

When a tuning company gets its hands on an uber-expensive, uber-luxurious SUV, the results are typically… interesting. Miami-based 1016 Industries has taken a much safer approach with this Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series 2 upgrade though, dubbed the ‘Vision’ wide body kit.

The full set includes a different front bumper with an extra attachment ahead of the lower vent, significantly broader arches, a more pronounced rear diffuser plus a neat wing for the boot lid. It’s subtle, and easy on the eye... insofar as is possible for a Cullinan. Remember what Mansory did with it?

You’ll also be offered an additional ‘DRL’ pack to bolt on, which brings vertical lighting accents to the front bumper plus sharper edges on the front wheel arches.

It’s worth noting that 1016’s kits are designed to slot straight on to the original body without the need for heavy modifications, so if you wake up one day and think ‘no’, the process is easily reversible.

Mansory has handed the Rolls-Royce Cullinan a bold makeover; adding plenty carbon fibre to the exterior and introducing bespoke trim elements to the interior.

When it comes to a vehicle as large as the Cullinan, the extensive use of carbon fibre arguably shifts from having the purpose of saving weight to giving the car pure aesthetic drama. That hasn’t stopped Mansory in the past, and it certainly hasn’t stopped this German company from going all in with its latest Rolls-Royce SUV-based creation.

In addition to the raft of carbon-fibre elements fitted to the bodywork, this Mansory-modified Cullinan’s exterior has received a bespoke body kit. Up front, the firm has fitted a revised bumper, replete with larger air intakes, and a more pronounced grille – the latter framed by extended LED daytime-running lights. Round back, the theme continues with the fitment of a new rear bumper, redesigned diffuser, and forged carbon roof spoiler. Larger, centre-mounted exhaust outlets round off the rear styling.

German tuner ‘refines’ Rolls SUV by adding arch extensions and upping power

Footballers of Europe, listen up. Is your Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II going unnoticed in the training ground car park? Have all the other players gone running to Mansory for help? Well, here’s how you stand out.

This particular Cullinan Series II has been ‘refined’ by a different German tuner known as Spofec, and while it doesn’t feature any of the glued-on forged carbon fibre that Mansory is so fond of, it’s still not shy.

In fact, the giant arch extensions that you see here make the second Cullinan a full 12cm wider than standard, and it’s not a small car to begin with. They also house giant new 24in wheels that are custom-built for Spofec by American manufacturer Vossen and come in no fewer than 48 different colours.

The ride height is also dropped by 35mm with special suspension, and you get trad woven carbon on the front bumper, the side skirts and the diffuser. There’s also a small rear spoiler and a custom stainless-steel exhaust.

Rolls-Royce has whipped the wraps off the Cullinan Cosmos, a special one-of-one commission inspired by space.

Rolls-Royce has unveiled the Cullinan Cosmos, a special one-off model designed to celebrate the drama of space. Inspired by the Milky Way, this bespoke Cullinan’s ‘starlight’ headliner is hand-painted – a first for the British marque. Based on a specially created ‘Cluster’ motif, the Cosmos’ ‘starlight’ headliner comprises cloud-like patterns, created with over 20 layers of acrylic paint, and a mist effect that was created by using a makeup brush, as opposed to a traditional paintbrush. A cluster of “stars” was applied by using fine brushes and a speckling technique, before fibre-optic perforations were individually punched in the headliner. According to the luxury automaker, this item is the culmination of over 160 hours of work.

A ‘Star Cluster’ motif, designed by Rolls-Royce in collaboration with the commissioning client, appears on the door panels and headrests, and is hand-painted on the passenger side of the dashboard. Additionally, the reclining seats of the Cullinan Cosmos are covered in Charles Blue and Grace White leather – the latter hue also applied to the stitching and piping. Piano White veneers feature on the centre console, facia and steering wheel.

Rolls-Royce reveals ultra-limited Cullinan Yachting

Rolls-Royce has unveiled the Cullinan Yachting, an ultra-limited model celebrating the British marque’s links to yachting culture.

Rolls-Royce is no stranger to releasing special-edition models. The latest limited-edition introduced by the British luxury marque comes in the shape of the Cullinan you see here, the Yachting. Only four examples of this Cullinan, which celebrates the automaker’s connection to contemporary yachting, will be made available for private commission; each representing the cardinal points of a compass – North, South, East, and West.

The interior of each Cullinan Yachting features a hand-painted facia with a nautical theme, marine-grade teak (a tropical hardwood) elements, and Mediterranean wind-pattern Starlight roofliners. The artwork found on the Piano Milori Sparkle facia is inspired by the trailing wake of a tender travelling at speed – the wake reflecting the orientation of each commission.
