Hi guys,

Anyone in CPT be wary of female family members or GF's walking around or near Rondebosch common - theres some pervert following women in his car and then calling them over only for them to find out he's masturbating, he then says he's going to rape them. This just happened to my girlfriends sister - so just a heads up careful of that area. I think its some sicko getting his kicks because she screamed and he raced off.
