Rory Scott is the Independent non-executive Director for Dimension Data.
Rory Scott was appointed to the Board of Dimension Data Holdings plc as a non-executive director at the time of its *listing in London and Johannesburg in 2000. He had previously served as a non-executive director on the Board of Dimension Data Holdings Limited, and before that as the Group Financial Director from 1987 to 1991. He is presently Managing Director of the Scottish Knitwear Group SA (Pty) Limited.
Rory graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand and is a Chartered Accountant (SA). He serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Remuneration Committee. Given the length of time that has elapsed since his service as an executive director, the company considers him to be independent.
