Route 66 gps giving me *****

Well i bought the rout 66 gps (gps for life) software for my wave,worked fine for 2 months.
Now this week it starts telling me i need to buy it again,WHAT the hell!!!

Send email to them and no reply,any ideas from you guys?

This makes me the MOER in,bought it from Route 66 link given by Samsung mobile.When i phoned Samsung SA they told me never had to buy the maps as SA maps is FREE!
Was told its a conflict cause i have to 2 off them on my phone now,must take phone to Samsung as they will flash and update it.

So i bought the maps from route 66 for nothing,cost me over R600 to get it!

Well nothing i can do now,will see it as a donation to route 66.The service by the way SUCKS from route 66,samsung service was good.
