It's more like an interactive road map, no turning arrows and distances to turnoffs or recalculations for wrong turns, like in proper Navigation. It only highlights a certain route you must follow.:sick:

But you can certainly download Route 66 Mobile 7.3.545 and get the SA maps earlier in this thread - then you have a full functioning gps navigation system!

It does, press "3" while driving and you'll get your speed, altitute, latitude and all sorts of things....but it's still not tomtom
 
the smart2go that came with the n95 is not a free gps software, if u want the voice guidance u ll have to pay

Yeh.. thanks... I checked yesterday...its annoying...cause I like to see it on the screen at the same time.
 
I've got R66 7.3.545 on my N95. Everything works fine, but I've got no volume. My phone is on "general" and the volume in R66 is maxed, and the mute icon is off - still no volume for voice guidance

Has anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?

(I did use the cert file created for 7.3.486 (just renamed 7.3.545 to 7.3.486 to sign the sis file) to install the software). During installation version 7.3.545 actually installed. I don't know if that could influence anything?
