Route Sentry on Vista

I set up route sentry today on my windows xp machine and I am now wanting to set it up on vista but I am not sure I can.

Is it possible to set up route sentry on windows vista?And if Yes is there any tutorials or any guide lines to do this?

So my router doesnt have to suport both router and bridged for this to work?
